OSTC screen blank while in hot weather

Hello,
Yesterday OSTC2 screen failed to turn on while on the surface. While trying to revive it, I've descended to ~6m and noticed slight glowing of the numbers on the screen (unreadable even in dark environment). After about half a minute the screen turnet on (no boot logo, in diving mode at once). It seams computer was working all the time (as it seams I've changed gass mix by pushing buttons while nothing was displayed). Afterwards it worked ok.

The weather is hot currently (above 30C).

Today at home I was unable to turn OSCT again. I've put it in a bowl with cold water and after aprox. half a minute screen turned on.

The battery is loaded (70% yesterday, 69% today). Firmware v2.03.

Please advise.

Hi,

I had the same problem with my Sport (see: post from August 22, 2015).

The only "solution" I could come up with was keeping the Sport in a cooler until the start of the dives.
The computer didn't suffer from it.
