OSTC Sport problem, not work in 28'C temp or higher

Hello! The OSTC Sport cannot work normal if the temp reach 28'C or higher temp.
The OSTC screen turns in PINK colour and stop work. Then it's no response and no screen if press any button.

The firmware is 10.25 version and I tried many times to download and update again but it's still not work.

May I know is there any updated firmware can fix this problem? How to do now??

As you've send everything in parallel via mail (including a MB of images ) I'll close this thread here.
