Can't upgrade 10.20 (OSTC Sport)

Hello

I have un problem with OTSC Companion when verifying the firmware 10.25.
the telechargement go to 100% but when the verifying procedure is engaged otsc companion blocked with this message:
error:readBlock timeout

How can i do to resolve this problem X(

The forum is full of "read block timeout" errors. Just check the other threads which provide different solutions for this issue.

Please be informed I have same problem and although I did reinstall companion the latest version from the website. It pop up error:roadblock timeout.

I did use the latest version of subsurface, I have same result as pervious version, error from OSTC Sport : verify FAILED.

try upload firmware 10.25 as well as 10.21, both show verify FAILED.

Please help and I am using Mac version.

Hi,

I became with my problem.

I have this message on OTSC COMPANION when i updating the 10.23 or 10.24 or 10.25 or 10.26 firmware:
ERROR : readblock timeout
and the red led on my OTSC SPORT flashing. :S

The uploading charging at 100% (tu)
the verify blocking (td)

I have windows 10 on my computer
the firmware is only one in file.

THis problem repeat with OTSC Companion or Subsurface 4.5.6 .

I would like to try with the 10.22 and 10.23 firmware but it's not possible to donwnload it. Can you send me please?
Because i think that is not possible to switch of firmware 10.20 directly to 10.26.

I take the OTSC SPORT because it could evolve......

Hello,

This issue is not an issue of the 10.26 (or 10.25...) but of the 10.20. And yes, you can directly update to 10.26. These updates replace the firmware completely. No need to make intermediate updates.

There are known issues in the updater of the 10.20. If you can update it by retrying, using a 3.6V battery and retrying again. Please send the unit to us and we'll update it (For free, of course).
