Hallo Matthias,
hab das Gerät einem Vereinskamerad gegeben. Er hat das gleiche Gerät und hat das update jetzt hingekriegt, allerdings auch nicht auf Anhieb.
Thema sollte somit durch sein.

using Subsurface i have done as i previously have for updates and it is the same as your instructions and all is OK until about 30% updated the red light on 'sport' and no more....tried at least 15/20 times.......please help?
did once get to 43% but more often than not only about 10% before the RED light and then no more happens????

Updating issues always are related to the currently installed firmware, not to the firmware to be installed. Which firmware is installed on your device?

Thanks for your help via email and all is updated now to 10.31 and the rechargeable battery option works well........ I just wish updating was straightforward.

Hi All,

I am trying to upgrade the firmware of my Sport (old version with red buttons) to the latest version. The current device firmware is V10.23 and I am using OSTC companion 3.0 beta 8. I can connect the device to my computer and OSTC companion can connect to the device and change the date and time, but the button for firmware upgrade is greyed out and I can not click on that. Anyone knows a solution?

Ok,never mind, I don't know how, but the new firmware ended up on my device. I had to click "upgrade firmware" without connecting to the device. Strange.

Other question: in the changelog, it says safety stop is configurable on PC. What software do you need for this?

"hwosconfig" from OSTC Tools: http://ostctools.angermayr.net/ or http://www.angermayr.eu/images/download ... -setup.exe con configure every setting in the OSTC sport.
