Hi,
I have an OSTC 2, OS v2,09, SN 11139.
Today for the first time I tried to recharge it with the wireless base: nothing happened!
Theese are the steps:
First I connect the wireless base; for a moment I see a blue light that immediately changes into a red one.
Then I turn on the computer. The battery level (10%) can be visualized in a red font.
After that, I put the back side oh the computer on the base.
The font of the battery level remains red (not yellow as written in the manual).
I left the computer on the base for 10 hours but after this time the battery level lowered down to 9%!
Any suggestion?

Also, make sure your USB power supply has at least 1A current output.

Ok thanks,
I have seen the video but the wireless charger is quite different from mine.
My charger is bigger and it is made of rigid plastic (image in attach).
Mostly does not stick to the computer; maybe it does not work.
In fact I used a 2A charger but the battery indicator remain red.
Any other suggestions?

On your picture it's shown upside down (The charger). Have you tried putting it the right way up already?

I have a doubt: I have access to some special menu to recharge the ostc2?

Charging is not software controlled. Please email us for a replacement of your charger (It's more likely a defective charger): info@heinrichsweikamp.com

I'm writing again after 10 months for the same problem.
Unfortunately only in the last dive I noticed that I had the computer battery charcged at 6%.
I tried immediatly to charge it with the pad but without positive result. Even 10 months ago I had problems but at the end, with difficulty, charging was done.
Now, after many attemps, the computer has a charge of only 1% !!!
If the computer is turned off permanently because of no charge, can it always be charged?
Could it be that the LED can change color even if the computer is turned off?
Please I have to dive in 2 weeks and I need support on it.
