problem with OSTC3 doesn't boot and turn on

Hi angel ( hope you'r my angel ).

I got problem with OSTC3 doesn't boot and turn on it does flash the first page ( start Page heinrichs weikamp ) then black screen and show the red light all time till take battery off, and can not connect to computer as well. I was used 2 days early before have this issue, it was fine work very well. (all way use AA 1.5 v. )
