OSTC 2015 issues.

Hi.

Having an issue with my OSTC 2.
It starts up on the QI charger with a blue arrow and if I press the buttons a Bluetooth icon. Does nothing else. Not used in a while so presume it was completely flat battery.
What can I do to reset etc get it working again.

As a side note are you still selling the replacement backs for the ostc2. One of the bungee mount holes has broken off - glued it on but would prefer a replacement

Now the other issue: When the Bluetooth Icon appears, press the left button in order to start the OSTC. A sufficient charge level is required (5% or so) in order to start. So give the unit some minutes on the charger first.

Thanks for the quick reply.
It starts now but goes straight into dive mode - only the dive menus are available.
6% charge showing.
Put it back on the charger.
Any advise.

Did you remember the firmware version? Try a magnet reset (Available on the OSTC 2 2015):

- Put on charger
- Toggle a hard reset with a magnet in about the center of the screen.

Needs to a quite strong magnet and only works while being charged.

No luck getting anything to work properly on the OSTC 2.
