Hello
I am trying to pass the last dive to subsurface and it is not possible.
I get the following error "could not open 00: 80: 25: CE: 07: 30 Heinrichs Weikamp (OSTC PLUS)"
My bluetooth is a BCM920702 Bluetooth 4.0
My dive computer is OSTC plus with hwOStech v3.01
OSTC is paired with PC
Could you help me with this error? I do not know what to do.
I have also tried to connect the OSTC with the OSTC Companion and it has not been possible either.
Thanks in advance.
Regards

Re: Bluetooth problem OSTC Plus
Hi,
For Bluetooth 4.0 problems with Subsurface, please check the FAQ: https://subsurface-divelog.org/faq/
OSTC Companion is a different story since it uses Bluetooth 2.0 only. So, what did the Companion show (Any error messages)?
regards,
Matthias

Re: Bluetooth problem OSTC Plus
Hi Matthias,
respect to subsurface, I have been unpairing and repairing a few times. That is to making sure that my OS forgets the dive computer before I attempt to pair again. At the second time bluetooth conection worked. Thanks to Dirk advice, from Subsurface.
Respect to OSTC Companion. I choose OSTC2. I do not Know if it is correct.OSTC Plus doest not appear in the menu.
If I choose port COM3 Companion show "Error: Port COM3: unable to open port"
If a choose port COM4 Companion show "Connecting ..." and nothing else.

Re: Bluetooth problem OSTC Plus
Hi,
You can check which COM-Port your OSTC has, no need to try them. You see the correct port in the windows device manager ("SPP Port").
And "OSTC 2" or "OSTC 3+" is fine.
regards,
Matthias
