OSTC 2 Bluetooth issues

Hi all

I have a conundrum...

I'm tying to connect my OSTC 2 to my laptop so I can update the firmware. It will connect, I can download my dives onto subsurface or dive logger, however whenever I try to connect in OSTC Companion or Bootloader the programs freeze. Also if I try and pull the settings off the compute onto subsurface or dive logger the program freezes.

Any ideas?

Managed to get it sorted! a box wasn't ticked in the device manager...
