Unable to upgrade new hwOS tech firmware 3.10

Hi,

I have tried to upgrade my firware v3.07 to the new one on my OSTC plus and has been impossible.
I have downloaded the OSTC Companion last version 3.2.beta1.
I have unpairing and pairing again my OSTC device.
The first two or three times up to 10% of the firmware has been downloaded. Then it stopped and gave an error: "upgrade has failed"
Now it no longer connects and gives an error:
"OSTC hwOS (USB) selected.
OSTC hwOS (Bluetooth) selected.
Actualizando firmware...
Loading firmware.
Unknown port
Error: Unknown port"
I have also tried with subsurface and similar results.
