Battery issue on OSTC Plus Sport 10.67

Hi,

since I have updated my dive computer to 10.67, ma battery has completly discharged and I was not able to revive it. So I bought a new one on the Heinrichs web site. Same issue, the battery was discharged in a week in sleep mode !!! After restart I got the 25.05.20 as date (the update date)
Either my computer is definitively became crazy with th 10.67 and run something in background during sleep mode or I'm not luck with battery !

software : 10.67 rel.
Update date : 25.05.20
hardware : 93C9-0E06
Capteur : 093D-7268

Thats a known issue, the wireless charger can not start charging completely depleted battery.
So you dont need to buy a new battery, rather take the battery our of the computer and charge it externally and put it back in. You dont need to charge it fully, i think around 10% capacity would do for the wireless charger to pick up the charging process.

I hit this recently on 3.11 firmware and yes, removing the battery, charging it (I charged it fully) resolved this for me.

Hi,

I received the new battery. Same Issue. The battery was at 100% (I checked externaly) the wednesday and the sunday, when the computer didn't start the battery level was at 25% (checked externaly)
