Re: OSTC 4
Hi Rob,
the battery was 92%
good connection with android.
OSTC display: name surname address.
successfully typed name etc.
after it went out.
I received it this morning, I plan to send it back tomorrow morning morning.
I am a bit disappointed, after three ostc2n that worked (and work) perfectly, I have a tech plus in repair, the 4 I have wanted for a long time. I hope I have not made any mistakes.
Regards

Hi,
The problem was an easy one: The button sensitivity of the left button (To power-on the unit) was set to 30%, which requires some force to push. We reset this to 85% and the unit is good as new. Maybe this helps somebody else with a similar problem in the future.
regards,
Matthias

Re: OSTC 4
Matthias, any specific reason why not allow for any button to power on the unit?

Hi,
Yes, the electronic will only react to this button in sleep mode. Changing this is not possible in software.
