Change PpO2 during the dive

Post by mobu »

Hello,

I am currently using my OSTC plus as a back-up on my RB Inspiration.
In the Inspiration computer I have the possibility to change the PpO2 during the dive.
I need to know if this can also be done on the OSTC.
If not, is it possible to do it in the new OSTC5
It is important for me to be able to change it on both computers.
Thank you.

Of course you can change the po2 on the 4 and the 5. Otherwise the TC would be not much use as a ccr dive computer. Its the same FW for both.

Same for the OSTC 2 & 3 with the Tech Firmware. You can pre-set 5 different SPs, and also let the OSTC sequence through them on passing certain depths (which you can adjust, too). When using the gradual SP switching on the Inspi, you can pretty close have the OSTC going through the same SPs without needing to touch any button!

It is true.
I have focused on changing it as I do in the Inspi rather than through preset values.
Thank you for your answers.

With an mCCR, like the Sidewinder, the preset values and auto change (up and down) are very practical also the vibration alarm is excellent (on the ostc5)
