OSTC 2 does not charge anymore

Hi,

Having an issue w/ my OSTC 2 (#11150, last OS), which does not charge anymore. Battery was 63% and as I will dive at least 6 times, I decided to charge it. Arriving at 75%, it stopped to charge. I tried several chargers, using a new USC C --> A interface (limited to 18 W), the battery does not charge and its temperature is ambiant one. Even w/ a 96W charger (Apple one), nothing !

I put the charging pad on my iPhone 15 and it works (w/ a message "40 min from 56% to 80%) --> I guess the pad is OK.

On the information menu, battery is now 3.87 V (T0) & 2 cycles (even if I tried to charge it several times

Any idea about what to do / test ?

Hi,

T0 is the wrong battery type for this OSTC 2 (Mod. 2015). Go to Menu -> Configuration -> Reset menu -> Reset Battery -> T3 and the charging will work again.

OK, done and now "T3" on the main screen (and now screen is showing 80% of battery).

Unfortunately, not charging more, still testing w/ several chargers. The OSTC is still at ambiant temp. and the charging pad led is approx 1 Hz flashing green. OSTC "on", I cannot find any position making the battery % being w/ a yellow rectangle.

Charge is now OK, even w/ the yellow rectangle w/o searching for the good position as it is more or less "blocked" by the bungee around.
