3.31 beta Version with Surface GF

Hi all,

Attached to this post is the 3.31 beta1 for all hwOS TECH enabled OSTC. This version got a new custom view in dive mode with Saturation (Called "GF99" by others), Ceiling and Surface GF.

Surface GF is computed for all GF-Deco modes (OC/CCR) during the dive and indicates the oversaturation in the leading tissue for an instantaneous ascend to the surface.

Beta Versions require manual installation via the OSTC Companion or Subsurface as described here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=14509
