Hello,
I am trying to update the firmware from the OSTConf application.
Both the application and my OSTC+ are synchronised correctly.
Version 3.32 installs correctly, but when the verification process starts, everything stops and does not continue.
I have waited a while, but nothing happens, so I have to exit the process without being able to update.
Can you tell me what is causing this problem?
Thanks in advance.

Re: problems updating to firmware 3.32
Hi,
Updating to the new version is done with the existing/installed version. The new version will start after successful installation. You have a TECH version running on your OSTC+? The OSTConf App was updated very recently to support the new OSTC nano, do you have the latest version of the App running?
Regards,
Matthias

Re: problems updating to firmware 3.32
Hi,
If I remember correctly, I currently have version 3.29 installed on my OSTC+.
My OSTConf version is 1.3.2.
I have been updating the firmware for years using the OSTConf app.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Re: problems updating to firmware 3.32
I can only recommend to try the update with a different method (HWOS Config on Android) or the OSTC Companion from PC/MAC.
