OSTC Sport mit V3.36

Hallo ,
ich habe einen OSTC Sport mit hwOS Tech Software (v3.36). Wenn ich im Menü den OSTC Sport auf OC schalte, bietet mir OSTConfig ein Firmware update auf 10.97 an.
Lösche ich die hwOS Tech software, wenn ich die "No-Tech" 10.97 installiere?

Wenn du eine Sport-Version installierst, dann läut der OSTC im Sport-Modus, eben dem was die installierte FW ist. Aber wenn der OSTC einmal eine Tech-Firmware installiert hat (oder hatte), dann ist dieser freigeschaltet und du kannst später auch wieder eine Tech-FW installieren. Es kann immer nur eine aktive Firmware auf dem Rechner sein.

More or less having the opposite question ! I have a "Sport" device w/ the Sport version V10.97 and a "2" device w/ the Tech version V3.37 (CCR & He menu available). (both devices from 2015).

What is the best choice : staying like that (maybe just because they cannot use the opposite SW ?), switching the "2" to the V10.97 (but will I stay w/ the Tech version ?) or switching the "Sport" to V3.37 ?

Because, here, https://hwdiving.com/firmwares/?lang=fr, it looks like "Sport" and "2" devices can support both versions.

Upgrading the device currently running the sport firmware to the tech firmware will cost you money so I see no real benefit to you doing this.

Reading your answer, I understand my confusion : both devices support both SW "Sport" & "Tech", depending only if I wish having the "Tech" option (He & CCR).

As I do not use neither He or CCR, I don't need to change something.
