Mk2 does not turn on with buttons

hello

my mk2 does not turn on with the buttons.

when connected with USB, first it turns pink screen and the battery is fully charged and the display is fluctuating with waves.

Once it is unplugged it dies.

I await your instructions

Hi,
My OSTC MK2 failed to start while diving today also. Nothing happens until I plug in USB cable and then it flickers after a pink screen saying Unexpected Failure.

It dies when the usb is unplugged too.

Any ideas?
