Hi Matthias,
it would be great if it could be implemented that a stop which is not "held" would also get the alert colour
What do you think about that?

Alert colour - "missed" stop
Re: Alert colour - "missed" stop
If you're not smart enough to realise your violating the presented ceiling you shouldnt be doing deco.
THE 1 thing i like about this machine is that it presents info and then it's up to the diver.
Next thing to ask would probably be a beeping alarm and ERR mode ?

Re: Alert colour - "missed" stop
One of the purposes of a computer, is to recalculate on the fly Your dive/deco profile. Unit does not know, if You violated stop because there was a good reason or not. But instead of displaying message - it should recalculate Your new deco profile instantly so that You could follow it.
Kind regards,

Re: Alert colour - "missed" stop
Hello,
Violating a stop or (more precise) ascending above 100% Gradient Factor can not be compensated with longer, shallower stops.
Note that the OSTC uses a mathematical model to compute the decompression stops. While remaining on the last stops as long as possible is recommend when missing the deeper stop this is nothing that can be recalculated within the Bühlmann Model and always should be part of a bailout plan.
Regards,
Matthias
P.S.: Yes, we can color the Deco stop in the warning color when the stop is ignored. Personally, I think the red "GF:110%" is warning enough that something is wrong.

Re: Alert colour - "missed" stop
Didn't follow up on this for quite a while..
Sorry for the late reply..
@Tom: Great, thanks for your contrstructive comments. Very well appreciated !
@Matthias: Of course the GF warning is good when something is very wrong..
This would only apply to the later stops though. I was more reffering to a deviation/Missed deeper stop at such stop no GF warning would kick in..
Lastly @ Tom:
I am just aksing what would be possible. You do not have to use that. You simply set reg. colours and warning colours at the same colour code and you get your just information as you like it..
Some people like this some people like that. If you draw from this your conclusion that I am not able to do deco diving, well that's your opinion then. Good thing you know me that well!
BTW I suggest you using colour code 0
!!! Enjoy!

Re: Alert colour - "missed" stop
Hello,
I think this feature can be added quite easily, so expect it within the next version

Matthias
