OSTC 2 Display bleibt schwarz

Hallo,

mein OSTC 2 ist geladen, dass Display bleibt aber komplet schwarz. Beim versuch ihn über die Tasten zu aktivieren blinkt das Display einmal kurz weis auf, danach ist es wieder schwarz.
Was kann ich tun?
