bug on screen during dive (v1.7)

last week i dive with my mk2( v1.7), and during i was go down the display seems to be crazy

many pink characters cover the screen ( the depth was 5m)
i push the menu button and the gas list appear on the right
after the menu disappear, the right part of the screen was clean
but impossible to see all the parameters on the left part and the decostop


i have my second mk2(1.8) so i continue my dive .... all during the dive the screen of mk2(1.7) was out of order but i could see the time of my decostop it was the same than my second
so it was just a problem of display but not usable

I wanted to make a photograph ( the appareil was on the boat) but when i was climbed on my boat the mk2 was passed on the surface mode, the screen is not the same and all the screen was ok, like if the screen was refreshed....

Hi,

This kind of error can be a problem with the OLED screen and is most likely no firmware issue. Monitor this carefully and contact us directly if this happens again, we'll take care of this unit then.

I'd a similar error:

while diving some pixels where lost... a few minutes later 20% of the display was not working, while the lost pixels where at random positions.

After a powercycle there are 10% of the pixels left

Now I sent the MK.2 to check at HeinrichsWeikamp ....
