Change battery

Hello,

I have no luck with my OSTC MKII, it seems the battery just died after one year (and only 30 cycles).

Hopefully, it is easily accessible. But I need the reference for ordering a new one.

Does anyboy know the exact reference ? An online shop where I can order it ?

30 cycles is defenitely not normal, can you remove the battery and check if there are signs of water? For a replacement, just email us: info@heinrichsweikamp.com
