4 min Countdown after a dive under DIVETIME

Hi there, This morning I was diving to 52m and everything was ok.
At the end of the dive when surfacing when less than 1m, I have noticed a countdown counter of 4 min. I went back down but it was no deco, the counter disappeared and reappeared again in surface. Does anyone can explain what it is ?

CF02:delay in s for end of dive mode
This value sets the time the OSTC will wait before switching into surfacemode after a dive. The time will be reset if the OSTC is below the threshold set in CF01.
Recommend range: 120 ... 240 (120s to 240s)
Default setting: 240 (240s)
Example: CF02=120 - After two minutes above the threshold set in CF01 the OSTC will switch to surfacemode.
