Hi,
I am about to buy my first rebreather and would like to use this computer with it. I want to understand this computer better and ensure I order my Classic KISS with the correct options.
Ideally, what I want is to have 2 x KISS handsets monitoring 2 x O2 cells and the OSTC monitoring 1 x O2 cell.
Please forgive my lack of knowledge but I would appreciate some simple answers here.
(i) Does the OSTC connect to the O2 cell using the Fischer connector?
(ii) In this case, should I order the sealed bulkhead Fischer connector?
(iii) Does the OSTC display PPO2 during the dive on the main screen?
(iv) Can the OSTC display the mV readings?
(v) What do I have to specify to Jetsam in order to get the KISS electronics set up as I want them. Is this just to specify a Fischer connector for the third cell?
(vi) Can the OSTC monitor more than one O2 cell?
(vii) In this case can the Shearwater kidney modification be used with the OSTC? http://www.shearwaterresearch.com/pages ... -connector
(viii) How do you calibrate the OSTC to the O2 cell?
Once again, I apologise if these are simple questions, I am a CCR beginner. I realise that the Shearwater would be the safer option as the information provided on CCR applications is much clearer, but I really like the OSTC concept and would prefer to use this if possible.
Thanks

A connection of up to three sensors is possible with the OEM electronic (See http://www.heinrichsweikamp.net/ostc/co ... ard_v1.jpg). A direct connection to the OSTC is not possible.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes, three (even different) cells.

No, including the sensor electronic is required.

"Menu" -> "More" -> "O2 Sensor Menu", select "Calibrate Air" (For example).
