USB plug

Hi,
I am the happy owner of a MK2 OSTC since a few months.
Everything works perfectly except for a small problem with the cache of making USB plug. I have of withdraw twice the plug to recharge the MK2, and each time, I am unable to put it back in its place: it is clear from its housing. It seems that when I only pushes the plug, it compresses air which pushes the plug off its etc. Must be me several hours to put it prelinkable…

What can I do ?

Bonjour,

Je suis l’heureux propriétaire d’un OSTC MK2 depuis quelques mois.
Tout fonctionne parfaitement à l’exception d’un petit problème avec le bouchon du cache de la prise USB. J’ai du retirer 2 fois le bouchon pour recharger le MK2, et à chaque fois, il m’est impossible de le remettre à sa place : il ressort de son logement . on dirait que lorsque que je pousse le bouchon, il comprime de l’air qui repousse le bouchon hors de son logement…. Il me faut plusieurs heures pour pouvoir le mettre correctement…

Que puis je faire ??

Maybe you have some grease on the o'rings. Clean it.

If the effect that is being described is that the USB cap pops off, after it has been reseated , I too have seen this effect on my MK2.
I have even seen it pop several inches clear of the device.
When I am diving I make a point of pushing the cap firmly into the device because of having witnessed the cap popping off in my home.
Love the computer though!
