Die Funktion der Logbuchnummerierung verstehe ich nicht ganz... Ich hab jetzt 3 TG's mit meinem OSTC gemacht. Im Logbuch auf dem OSTC wird der letzte Tauchgang mit der Nummer 1 angezeigt, der älteste TG mit der Nummer 3. Das macht aus meiner Sicht keinen Sinn... Logischer wäre für mich, dass der letzte TG die Nummer 3 bekommt und der allererste TG die Nummer 1... Natürlich müsste auf der Logbook-Seite der letzte TG noch immer zuoberst in der Auswahl stehen...
Lässt sich das mit der CF28 - Logbuch Offset beheben? Müsste ich jetzt anstelle von 0 (Null) eine 3 eingeben? Oder wie ist diese Funktion gedacht?
CF28: Den Wert stellst du auf deine momentane, persönliche TG-Anzahl ein, z.B. 555. Der nächste TG den du dann mit dem OSTC machst, wird im Logbuch mit 556 abgespeichert. CF28 wird dann automatisch bei jedem TG um 1 erhöht.
Das was du als erstes beschreibst, liegt glaub ich nur an der Reihenfolge im Logbuch und betrifft nicht die TG-Nummer wie von mir beschrieben.
aaah, confusion is perfect... the numbers in the loogbook overview aren't the dive numbers? why that? is space limited when it comes to 4- oder 5-digit dive numbers?
there are no dive numbers saved with the logbookdata.
There is only a order of dives in the logbook. In this "logbookorder" the first dive is numbered as 1 the second as 2 and so on.
Only the combination of CF28 and the number coming with the logbookorder creates the dive number - on the pc, not in the OSTC.
Showing the right divenumber (cf28 + "logbookorder") would be an nice feature for further releases.

@ Robert: My OSTC displays the correct overall dive number - not in the overview-list of the dives but within each dive (when you select a single dive on the first logbook-menue...
But you are right, showing the right dive-number in the overview would be nice. But I think this is not possible because limited number of letters that can be displayed in one line...

Solutions:
a) smaller font size
b) no number in the overview at all
But i guess there are many other improvements for the logbook too

I know. Im talking about the overview.
But, this can be a nice feature when all other problems (known and yet unknown ) are solved.

i was checking the logbook on my Uwatec Galileo. Same there: last dive in logbook overview has number 1, all older dives upcounting numbers... In dive details there are no numbers at all...
So my confusion is solved. I understand now how CF28 works and what's the idea of it. "Real dive numbers" would be a nice feature, but not a must have anymore
