Error message in v2.20

Hello.
I was checking my OSTC before diving this afternoon, it wouldn't turn on so I connected it to my PC to charge it and got the following message

Once passed the message everything seems to be OK. Going to upgrade to v2.21 now.

This is a typical option for power up screen if the battery voltage was so low that the computer shut down completely (power off) and restarts after connected via USB.
