Wish2: Mirrored display?

Post by andersnasman »

If we're not able to produce a new housing for the OSTC (as suggested in former posts like the OSTC oil filling), I would be interested in getting the display "mirrored". Mirrored in this case would mean upside down. Why, You'll ask... Because of two things:

- It's easier using the buttons with the OSTC upside down.

- It's easier to use the OSTC on the left arm with the Fisher connector following the arm instead of pointing to the hand and then bending the cable backwards...

I haven't opened my OSTC yet (waiting for my second to arrive first), but can we just physically turn the display around and not have to implement this in the S/W?

Thank's to Matthias for leading my thoughts this way.

Hello,

Position and orientation of the display is fixed due to the design, sorry. Theoretically it can be installed 180? but this would bend the display cable quite sharp.

Regards,
Matthias
