Display Problems

Post by fras-c »

After leaving my computer off for a couple of weeks i have been having trouble with the display. First of all it was just showing solid white, which after about 20mins changed to the normal display with shadows of old menues. Now after almost an hour the display is almost normal.

Have contacted deepideas where the unit was purchased.

Can anyone advise what to do?
Has anyone had similar problems?

Hello,I had the same problem today, while surfing in the logbook. The screen turned white with a yellow stripe on the top and after 10 minutes became completely white with shadows of menus.I tried a reset with the magnet, but nothing changed. When i switch on OSTC, the screen is completely white.Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Hello,

Display is dead, send back the computer to your dealer or directly to HW (contact them before).
