OSTC 2C and diving log 5.0

hello
impossible to download my book in diving log 5.0
i tried several cables of others ostc
tried also on the computer of another diver with diving log 5.0.
The connection on usb is ok for the battery but no communication.
How can I do to make it recognized ? (w7).
On jdive log it only extract the first dive. I desintalled it.

Did you install drivers as indicated by HW ?

Hi

Make sure you plug in the cable tightly into the OSTC. If it's not plugged in completely it may charge, but the transfer is not possible. Try to switch the OSTC on before connecting the USB cable to the PC. You should see a new COM port appearing in the list once you connect the cable to the PC.
