Downloader Error?

I get the following error when running the Downloader:

With the downloader if I click "next", I get an error message that it can not find the logbook. The simulator seems to work fine on the downloader; as does the firmware check.

The TinyBootloader works fine, and I can check the PIC.

Any comment? (hope this is helpful)

Is this message produced by Diving Log or JDiveLog? If its Diving Log: It seems that no logbook file has been opened by Diving Log yet. Have you installed the complete setup of Diving Log already? If not, please install it and run Diving Log at least on time. Then a logbook file will be created and you can download the dives into that file.

Or the logbook file could be corrupted. You can try to create a new, empty logbook file.

Thanks for the reply. It is an error code from the OSTC downloader application (downloaded from this site).

I have not tried divinglog, but will do shortly.

Now got the machine working with DiveLog - so thanks for the pointer.

The OSTC downloader from this site is actually the Diving Log downloader, but I'll post here additionally all updates of it. It could be used as standalone application, but the idea is to extract the update into the Diving Log program folder. The reason is that the OSTC downloader is updated more frequently than the main Diving Log application setup to support newer firmware versions.
