hello
i am pleased with my v1.3 ostc after around 10 dives on it. i am struggling to connect to mu computer though. jdivelog doesnt seem to be able to create a "handshake" with it. can anyone suggest a solution if this is easy to solve. is there a driver that i need to download maybe so my computer will recognise it.?

I had initial problems, but I think they were more down to me than the OSTC or software.
In the end I got it working with DivingLog 4 and not Jdivelog.
A few things that might help:
- the OSTC needs to be switched on, for it to talk to the computer
- get the COM port right, I have found it is usually the highest one (but check)
- make sure you have the downloads from the site
