OSTC Sport: New Firmware 10.19

Changes since 10.17:
CHANGE: Custom GF high range increased to 45-95%
NEW: Quit Simulator automatically when starting a real dive
BUGFIX: Auto-Brightness clipped to lowest settings in bright sunlight on some devices
NEW: Deco planer computes gas consumption for all gases
CHANGE: Battery warning adjusted

Hi, first in french, then in english:

Je viens de faire l'upgrade de la nouvelle version, ainsi que du OSTC Companion. Tout a été très bien.

Je me rends compte que j'ai perdu la salinité et les GF 80/80 et les gaz que j'avais programmé. J'avais retiré la pile pendant 2 mois.

Qui peut m'expliquer le pourquoi du comment parce que d'autres infos, comme le logbook plongée est resté dans la mémoire.

On the other hand, I realised that I have lost the set sanility ( 3% to 0%) the GF settings ( 80/80 back to 80/30) and the preset gazes. I had taken off the battery for 2 months

Can anyone explain the reason for the loss of info. Is it due to the upgrade to 10.19 or to the fact that the battery was not in the OSTC. I have not lost all info, since the logbook is still there.

That is because of the update to 10.19.

Thank you matthias. So the lesson to keep is that one needs to check if some settings have been 'lost" after each upgrade?

Lesson should be to check some settings before your dive. Especially when the last dive was 2 months ago

Hi,

Just like to inform you that after update to 10.19, date and time have been changed to 13.10.19 and time which is not my region current time.

This is first time happened because last few time update, I don't see such issue.

I have discovered this just after some dive and I have to amend back to correct date and time at dive log software.
