Post by Grief79 »

Hi,
Just bought my osct2 turned it on tried to start Bluetooth. It turned itself off so thought battery had gone.

Placed it on the charge pad and get the green and blue flickering light.... 10 hours later it still won't turn on.......

Any help be great

Hi,

You can try a magnet reset here first in order to re-enable the unit:

- Place on the charger pad
- Reset the unit with a quite strong magnet (Hold the magnet approx. in the middle of the screen)

Most likely the unit will restart and (unlikely) will show an error page.

Matthias

It's different. We don't build these by ourselves and the supplier uses the LED color he gets on the day of assembly. A different color compared to no OSTC is on the pad.

If it does not work, most likely your magnet is not strong enough.

Just to make sure: You can also contact us directly for this issue (Which definitely is not normal and may be related to a hardware defect).

Matthias
