OSTC2N Piezo Button Stopped Working

Sadly, the right hand button on my OSTC2N appears to have stopped working.
I conclude this to be a physical issue with the piezo mechanism under the button because I can still turn on the computer using the left hand button and get the 'Menu' option to pop up, but then I cannot select it using the right hand button.
Matthias (or anyone) can you advise me on the quickest resolution for this because I need it fixed for a trip to France in early October !
Thanks
JP

Some say that a soak in fresh water and silicone spray make piezos work better. Dont know how

Hello,
try tapping the button with your finger rather then pressing it.
My buttons work very hard when pressing them but work like a sharm when tapping them.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I only dive in fresh water with this unit, so not really applicable, and as for the pressure, I have tried many different pressures.. As I said, the left button works well, the right hand button no longer functions.
I'll email Matthius and see what he suggests..

Only just seen this..
The outcome was it is/was a known fault but as the unit was out of warranty HW would not replace the button or unit FOC. I was offered an upgrade to a newer unit at 50% discount, which I accepted. So far I am happy with the replacement unit.
