Impossible to Update 10.20 ---> 10.21

I'm trying to update My OSTC'Sport 10.20 to 10.21

Usualy there is no probleme, but atm it's impossible


When updating finish whith OSTC compagnon an error message appear

Readback is different

On the OSTC sport

VERIFY FAILED



I'm trying on 2 different computer whith W7 64 and BT400, messages is the same

I'm trying to restore old firmware 10.19 and it's impposible to

When is in update there is ASCII charactere who write on OSTC'Sport

same problem for me , unable to restore an older version , unable tu uptade , an error occur when verifying .And ASCII characters on OSTC screecn to ....

My config : W7 64 pro
Asus BT 400
OSTC on port COM4

I also try to un-install companion and SPORT , no more result

Now companion as an error : unable to open port.............:S
