Hello there. Really like the look of the ostc 3. Will there ever be VPM or VPM B/E available for the ostc 3 ? Or will a ostc 4 be born in 2016 with that software available ?

No, VPM is not planned for the OSTC3.

A tip if you're interested in VPM, is that in Subsurface 4.5 the planner got support for VPM. You can look at the profiles generated there and figure out that a Bühlmann 20/85 will generate profiles that are quite close to VPM.
