Depth failure during a dive

Hello,

I was on a dive and suddenly as I had stabilized to my max. depth, my OSTC continued going down to 126.5 meters. I heard some encoutered the same problem. Is it the pressure captor or the soft? Do I have to send my OSTC back or do I need to change the soft?

It might be an issue because your dive is >100m deep, I suppose, dunno?
