OSTC not connect

At last I have received that the computer, but here a problem.
I cannot connect OSTC in any way and the computer, the program bootloader at status check informs that "Not found - ERROR"

The driver of the adapter and all software I download from your site, tried on several computers to eliminate a problem of the main computer. That to me to make and what to check up to receive the answer from OSTC?

Hello Elias,

Have you tried to download the dives with either Divinglog or Jdivelog already? As a first step it's easier then uploading a new firmware.

I probe firs run OSTC and update firmware to current version (1.40).

I tray BootLoader (tinybldWin.exe).
