PIN code for my OSTC SPORT

I have a new computor and I am trying to link subsurface to my OSTC Sport. I can easelly ask the software (windows 10 ) to recognise the OSTC. But before the connexion, subsurface/ or the computer ask me to type my OSTC PIN Number. Where can I find this information. My OSTC SPORT has the # 10476 serial number
