We still need some time, sorry. Most, but unfortunately not all, hardware is here finally.

There are still some electronic components missing. In the last 2 years sourcing of components really got challenging and lead times are often told on "months" quantities. But we're very close. Sorry to keep you waiting.

Wer einen TR mit TECH update hat (Wir geben dieses kostenlos an alle TR Nutzer, die noch auf den Sender warten) kann die angehängte Firmware 2.98 SP2 mal vorab testen. Da sieht man im Gas Setup bereits die neuen optionen für Sidemount-Tauchen mit 2 Sendern. Unter Settings -> Press Display entsprechend die jeweiligen Display-Felder zuordnen.

All das wird in der bald erscheinenden Anleitung auch natürlich noch erklärt. Für den Empfänger selbst ist leider auch noch ein kleines Update nötig, bei einigen TR auch an der Hardware. Da kontaktieren wir die jeweiligen Kunden aber direkt. Die ersten Sender gehen noch nächste Woche raus. Sender von den Beta-Testern brauchen leider auch noch mal ein kleines Update.

On voit dans les paramètres "gaz" les nouvelles options pour la plongée avec bouteilles montées sur les côtés (sidemount) avec deux émetteurs. Associez dans paramètres > press display les champs correspondants de l'écran.

Bien évidement, ces instructions seront publiées prochainement dans une documentation complète. Les émetteurs ont malheureusement encore besoin d'une mise à jour et certains TR également. Les clients seront contactés directement par l'entreprise. Les premiers émetteurs partent encore la semaine prochaine. Les émetteurs des beta-testeurs auront - eux aussi - besoin d'une mise à jour."

You need to unlock your OSTC from Sport to Tech first. Please get in contact with us for that (We need the serial number of your unit).

I loaded your last beta firmware into my TR.
- Did you remove the german language? I didn't found the possibility to change language from EN to DE.
- How to simulate the tank pressure display? Seems it's not possible to select a transmitter without owning one in gas setup. I expected to see something in the custom view but I failed.
- I have now problems to connect my OSTC 2 TR (newly tech) with my PC. As it was a Sport, I could connect it as a OSTCSport with OSTC Companion 3.0 Beta 8.
Now it says it's not not an OSTC Sport. (PS: The Companion Software don't close the port correctly in case of failure!). HWOS Config don't work any longer too.
So, what's the right model for an "OSTC 2 TR Tech" for the PC Tools?

Hi Kan2Sp,
the current beta firmware is only in English.
It is possible to simulate the tank pressure display even without having a transmitter. You can see it in the Custom View (if there is no transmitter, the values are shown like this ---).
But get sure to switch the function on. Go to Settings > Pressure Display > select Mode: on > and an active Gas (e.g. First Gas).

I tried to connect my OSTC 2 TR with the App HWOS Config and it worked. There it is a OSTC+.

thank you for your response. I will try OSTC+.

Concerning tank pressure, I saw the view with tank pressure ----.
But I looked for a simulation of the tank pressure including
- left air time
- left dive time (staying on that depth and surface regulary)
- warning on low pressure
- return to surface time considering tank pressure
(considerung DECO, actual or avarage breath rate, ...)
- ... (what do you implement on tank pressure and breath rate data?)

So far, I don't find it in the simulation.
From my point of view, it would be a nive to show the integration
of the air transmitter in the OSTC behaviour.

Hi all,

I received my transmitter for the OSTC2TR on the 10th of July.
Alas, I had to send my OSTC2TR in to let the guys perform the hardware modification on the receiver as announced for the first OSTC in the 2TR series.
Hope it comes back, I miss it already (much easier to read than my b/w Suunto Vytec).

sent my OSTC in on Friday (to be delivered on Monday), had it back on Thursday.
Considering the postal run time of 1 day each way that's a great turnaround time.

Looking forward to dive with it on Sunday.
