OSTC 3 Button malfunction

Hello,

I have the exact same problem Yeti42 had

I rince my computer with fresh water each time.
Because it was under warranty I have sent it back to my resseler who told me that he had only reversed buttons to make it work again ... for 6 monthes. So there must be a flaw in my buttons.
Can you send me 2 new buttons as well as tork screws ?
