OSTC3 v2.98 not recognize with bluetooth

I've a OSTC 3 with firmware v2.98....impossible to download log to PC or Smartphone...
I've downloaded Diving Log on smartphone (Samsung S6 Edge) but OSTC not found.
The same with PC (Windows 10)...
Smartphone and PC are linked , not problem to transfer files..bluetooth of PC and Smartphone work well.
Bluetooth OSTC3 not recognize.
Am I doing something wrong ?

"impossible to download log to PC or Smartphone." - any more error messages or details would be appreciated.

One wild guess: Are you using 3,6V or (cheapy) 1,5V batteries. Under-performing 1,5V batteries might not be able to provide enough current for a stable bluetooth operation.

no message of error are displayed on PC or on OSTC3 , only the PC continue to search the device .

In fact I am using standard 1.5V battery (AA), i try to replace them with 3.6V battery good quality.

I checked the battery but "unfortunately" it was already a 3.6V.
I also replaced the battery with a new one but nothing has changed.

The OSTC3 is not seen by the bluetooth (PC or Smartphone, I have tried also with more smatphone).

Consequently Diving Log does not find any connected OSTC from which to download.

No error is displayed on any device.

You need to "pair" the OSTC in the Androids Bluetooth dialog first.

Hi Matthias ,
I know, but as already said, Android Bluetooth does NOT find any device OSTC3 to be connected.
I tried with differents smartphone , Personal Computer but no one sees when searching for devices to pair the OSTC3.
The message on Android Bluetooth is : "NO DEVICE BLUETOOTH FOUND" (see image atthached).

It looks like the OSTC3 bluetooth doesn't work.

Other tips?
