OSTC 2 screen a mess when i switch it on!

Hi,

Been using my trusty OSTC 2 for a couple of years, no issues till now.

When i switch on the unit the screen is just ‘random white out’ almost like something has smashed it! You cannot read any figures making it unusable. I think its either a screen problem or a software problem.

Has anyone come across this before and should it be returned for analysis/service?

If so what is this likely to cost?
