Hi guys

Got our brand new OSTC + with Fisher connection today thanks to HW great service. Wanted to update FW to the German version using iOS OSTConf app because the English one was installed. After the update no possibility to activate the sensors in CC mode. I assume that the OSTConf has installed the wrong FW. I can't find the possibility to push the app to download the right FW.

Trying then to use OSTC companion for Mac to update the FW - can't get it to connect itself to the OSTC (using OSTC3+).

Can anybody help please - want to go diving tomorrow :roll:

I know this, but the iOS App doesn‘t. Now I am trying to correct the FW wie PC but my Apple is denying to connect with both our OSTCs…

Problem solved, the right FW is now on it. I will write a mail to the owner of the iOS App to check this. Seems that the App is linked to the wrong FW or it is not recognising the cR version.
