1.52 beta questions

Two questions about the new 1.52:
1. What does "NEW: Fixed-Setpoint ppO2 limited to physically possible value" mean? I still can select Setpoints>2Bar, for example.
2. What's the "Divemode mask color"?

One example: When setting the SetPoint to 1.6Bar and diving in less then 1,6m the SetPoint display will be reduced to the maximum possible with 100% O2 in the loop, e.g. 1,3Bar in 1,3m. This value will be displayed and used for the tissue desaturation.

The "Divemode mask" is "Divetime", "Depth" and "Max. Depth" for example.

Hello Matthias, I just dowloaded 1.52 and will try it tonight. It seems that the version number showed on the first screen is wrong (I have 1.34 written) - nothing to worry about !

Dive yesterday night with 1.52 on ostc1. After, let's say, 17mn, as I was ascending, the max depth changed (and stuck) to 99.9 (it was ±62). Slowly, the actual depth began to be wrong (>1.5m compared with my 2nd computer and buddy's ones). Decosum was also very long and wrong (I went out leaving 20mn at 3m on my ostc and I'm still alive!).

You'll see on the log (attached) that there's something strange with the deco on the Jdivelog graph. But no mention of the 99.9m...

I'm back to 1.50 ! Tell me if I can help in any way.

Hello Olivier,

I have replayed your dive with my OSTC and the 1.52. No problems occurred. The two problems you described are linked, if the OSTC displayed a max. depth of 99.9m it calculated your deco based on that depth...
