Being the fat fingered idiot I am I managed to flick the USB protection plug off my OSTC 2 down a drain.
So I emailed Matthias (heinrichsweikamp) he relied within 10 mins and I've just recived a new plug FOC from Germany, all within 4 days.
Now that's what I call fantastic support!:)

I sent a defective OSTC to Matthias on Thursday this week an I received a new (!) one on Friday.

Moin Leute,
da es diesen Thread "Guter Service" schon gibt, möchte ich auch hier mein Lob
loswerden.
Ich habe heute meinen OSTC MK.2 aus dem Service wieder bekommen und muss sagen die Abwicklung meines Problems war einfach klasse. Sehr netter, schneller und kompetenter Mailkontakt im Vorfeld, schnelle Behebung des Problems und dabei Mailkommunikation mit mir, so das ich immer wußte wo sich mein Gerät befindet und was damit ist. Ich muß sagen, daß erlebt man in der Form bei wenigen Unternehmen ist für mich ein Grund das heinrichs weikamp weiter zu empfehlen und sollte mal wieder bei mir ein Kauf in Richtung der Produktpalette
von hw anstehen,muß ich nicht lange überlegen.
