I could do with a bit of help here,
The bootloader software stopped responding during an update to 1.7 and now the computer is non responsive with a blue light and flashing orange light.
I cannot see a way to remove the battery without damaging it or the computer; is there an easy fix?

Hi,
Just restart the update procedure. Instead of choosing "Reboot OSTC" trigger the reset with a magnet at the shown position (See attached image).

To trigger the reset? This is not necessary.
To remove the bungee mount, push the two pins out like at your watch.
