My ostc mkii computer is completely blocked. I did a dive these morning, and after when i checked the logbook dive, the computer stayed completely blocked in that page. All information dysplayed, deeph, pressure and date are completely wrong. I can't leave this page, still shows these information since two hours ago. What can i do in order to restart the computer?
The computer has the version v1.9 downgraded from v1.94.

Connect it to USB and do a reset using a magnet on the back side (Search the forum for more information how to do this if you have not heard about this yet).

Which firmware are you running? I never had a frozen unit so far...

This is the position where you should point the magnet to (example from Matthias showing a 2N, position on MK2 is similar):

In this thread the OP states that this problem is reproducable and it is suggestet to reset (delete!) the log book. If you depend on your logbook I'd try to download it first and/or doing a firmware upgrade.

The Ostc running v1.90 downgraded from 1.94, and stills frozen.

Unfrozen with magnet "formula".

Now is upgraded to v1.94 and the logbook page shows my last dive information correctly without frozen
