Feature: Surface GF display

Post by JeanDo »

NOTE: will be in next beta 2.07 ;)

* Displays GF in surface mode, as long as it it > CF08 (as in divemode).
* Turns red at the same level (CF45 ?) as in divemode too.
* Alternates with CNS display every two seconds when both are to be shown.

Here is a preview:

This is really, really cool JD :-)

Thx a lot!

Question: If I set the time counter for the end of the dive mode (do not know the corresponding CF) to 10min and have my CC SetPoint configured to 0,7 will this be considered for calculating the GF% at surface as well? As you know, CC divers do usually breath their oxygen rich mix for some time after surfacing and it would be cool to consider this in the GF% calculation (and also tissue saturation and oncoming dives). Would be even better to be ablet o end the dive manually but using the already existing CF would be good enough as a start...

Thx a lot,
Jan

In my experience the GF is not shown in dive mode after deco is finished, is this correct? To know the actual GF when surfacing (or further ascending) would be a real benefit to me. Might be useful for other user also, especialy if they run aggressive high GF or in case of an emergency...

Thx,
Jan
